Due Diligence

To manage and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains, we have implemented the following due diligence processes:

  • Conducting internal supplier audits.

These procedures are designed to:

  • Identify and address potential risks within our business and supply chains.

  • Continuously monitor potential risks.

  • Minimise the likelihood of modern slavery and human trafficking occurring within our operations.

Risk Assessment and Compliance

The Company has assessed the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in its UK supply chain through the following measures:

  • Evaluating new suppliers for potential modern slavery risks.

  • Developing an annual risk profile for key suppliers.

  • Regularly reviewing all aspects of the supply chain through comprehensive supply chain mapping.

We believe our operations carry a low risk of exposure to modern slavery due to the predominantly UK-based supply chain and the nature of the industries we engage with. However, should we discover any evidence of non-compliance with our standards, we will promptly require corrective action from the relevant supplier.

Measuring Effectiveness

To track our progress and ensure compliance, the Company uses the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Annual communication with suppliers regarding their modern slavery practices.

  • Regular training and awareness programs for staff on modern slavery issues.

  • Conducting audits on at least 90% of our suppliers each year.

Staff Training and Awareness

All staff members are required to undergo training on modern slavery and human trafficking. Ongoing refresher courses are also provided to ensure continued awareness. Training includes:

  • Recognising the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.

  • Initial response steps if suspicious activity is identified.

  • Procedures for escalating concerns to the appropriate internal personnel.
